Best Online Workout Songs for 2012

Many online health resources said that Listening to enjoyable and fast paced music can increase your workout performance.

If you listen to music with a fast beat that you enjoy then you'll end up working out harder.

It's going to be difficult to get in a great workout if you're stuck listening to something super slow paced like Sarah McLachlan.

At very first want to describe name of "Best Good Workout Songs Albums from 2011"

(1) Appetite for Destruction by Guns 'N' Roses
(2) 3, 4 and 5 - Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, Kill 'Em All, And Justice for All by Metallica
(3) Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg
(4) Alive 2007 by Daft Punk
(5) Eminem - Lose Yourself
(6) Under The Influence Of Giants - In The Clouds
(7) Jay-Z - 99 Problems
(8) Kanye West - Stronger
(9) Queen - We Will Rock You
(10) Papa Roach - Last Resort

When one of mine best friends got her Ipod she was determined to fill it up with fist pumping, leg running workout music.

Instead, she made an error and realized, once she arrived at 24 hour fitness, that the only song she had programmed was by Bette Midler.

For some reason, she just didn't seem to really strain and sweat to the powerhouse song that is "The Rose."
